Been using a Traeger for years now with good results (no complaints from the wife and kids). However, as with all pellet smokers, I never get as much smoke flavor as I'd like and I really like the time and skill involved in making magic in a stick burner.
With that said, I'm building my first offset and really looking forward to learning from y'all growing in the craft.
