Hi Y'all! I am a new member that was invited by an old friend to join and enjoy this forum. I have been a smoke enthusiast for as long as I can remember. Whenever the game is on I am always in charge of the grill. Learned to add chips and chunks of wood when gilling steaks, chicken and fish as a kid. Two years ago my wife and I bought a new home that actually came with a 10x6x5 smoker that our realtor purchased from the previous owner as a house warming gift. Needless to say, we have had some fun times playing with our food. I look forward to meeting some folks and making some new friends here.
