Hey Everyone,
My name's JP and I've been lurking on here for quite a while and picking up on some awesome tips. I'm new to smoking and curing store/butcher bought meat. I have however been smoking and dehydrating wild game since I was a kid. Sometimes with success and sometimes with... Less than success. Haha
I probably wont be smoking too soon because it's a balmy - 43 degrees celcius with 90 km per hour winds today but I hope to be back at it when it warms up a bit.
I'm sure I'll have lots of questions for you guys in the future (don't worry, I know how to use the search function)
Anyways, just wanted to say Howdy and thanks in advance!
