My name's Terry and I'm from Central Washington State but have just retired here in Boise, ID.

I LOVE to smoke food and have been using an old offset and charcoal for years but recently invested in a Masterbuilt Propane Thermotemp. It should be here in a few days. I'll write a review once I get enough wood through it.

My last 30+ years have been spent in the propane business and I'd be happy to help troubleshoot any problems you have in that regard (given the time).

I'm extremely interested in brines and brine technique so I'll spend some time in those forums.

Thanks in advance for all your expertise!

Terry

Hi Terry happy you decided to join. Your propane knowledge can be put to good use here.

Enjoy your retirement.

I hear it's not too great in TX. My cousin in Yoakum said it's in the teens!

He's also a dedicated smoker.
