Pork Butt Wednesday
I was going through the Freezer the Other day and saw I had 3 Pork Butts, So I pulled one out to thaw.
So today was the day.
Nothing Special Just some Pulled Pork.
Fired up the smoker at 6:00 AM using Pecan and Hickory.
Seasoned up Butt and on the Smoker by 6:30 Temp was at 275º
Just added splits every so often all day
Maintained 250 º to 275 º
Pulled Butt off at 5:00 PM 10.5 hours on the smoker No idea what the IT was
I just check the bone, wiggle it a little and if it feels loose and will come out clean
its ready.

After 10.5 hours Necked with lots of good pecan and hickory smoke
Bone pulled out clean
All Pulled and Mixed. Gunna take some to the neighbor then eat
