Hot Sauce

So I wanted a great hot sauce to go with my smoking. So the garden is ready to burst. My Jalapeños are big and full so .. here you go. My wife said I did good.
My special ingredient .. Jose Cuervo !!!!

( my wife came up with the name.. her name is Dawn!! Lol)

Looks good . How hot is it ?   Pepper plants are going crazy . Only one jalapeno , but its full all the time .

I took out the seed before bottling so its just hot enough... I like spicy. But I don’t like so hot you can’t taste the food.. this is it!
