I got this honey infused rub to try.

    Ribs seasoned.

Fired up my wood burning uds.

    Ribs on.

    Cooked 300-400.
Bout done 1.5 hours. Used oak and maple.

    Sliced and plated pics.

    Wife approved.

    Points to you my friend!

Those are some awesome looking ribs!

I was thinking the same as Richie about more bark, due to the honey.

    Any way they look fantastic!

Great cook man!!  Hot and fast ribs deliver such incredibly surprising results.  Not saying I will never go low and slow but it is nice to know you can ribs on the table in a couple of hours!  I'd take a rack of those!  Points!

Awesome looking ribs, Adam. I use a lot of honey in my final glaze, never knew about a honey rub. You learn something every day. That's what this site is all about. Save me some next time, Joe. :points:

Thanks Joe.  I am not big on the sweet thing  but the wife is.  I was very pleased with this rub, it wasn't over sweet and it didn't burn at high temps.

Man, they look tasty!  I've always hesitated smoking with sugar due to some bad experiences I've had burning dinner, but yours look perfect!

Thanks. Like I said in previous posts, I and surprised it didn't burn. Maybe it's the wood fire. Lol

Great looking ribs, Adam.  Like everybody else, I was expecting the honey to burn at that temp--not a problem for me with my MES.  Seems like I can never find ribs with that much meat on them,  sigh.

What brand is that honey rub--haven't noticed any so far.
