Great looking ribs, Adam.  Like everybody else, I was expecting the honey to burn at that temp--not a problem for me with my MES.  Seems like I can never find ribs with that much meat on them,  sigh.

What brand is that honey rub--haven't noticed any so far.

Adam awsome smoke bro. Quick n easy. Like the honey rub for the grand kids. I usually sprinkle bron sugar on one rack for them. Have a wonderful Independence Day. God bless America and our troops far from home.
