All good , ha ha , I have also read a post responded to it but forgot to hit the reply button until quite later when I go back and wonder why I'm not getting the notices.

And I though you also said you made the mozza but could not find it when I did the search.

It was fun to do for the first time. I will do it again once I find some whole milk close by.
No squirrel on the pizza unless it was in the pepperoni
