last November made...Dry cured, cold smoked raw bacon as appetizer best compliments home made pear moonshine...moonshine (80 proof) stilled using 12 liter (3 gallons) DIY pressure cooker rig....

nothing like a little moonshine with your bacon, got to say I only had it once made out of potatoes, it was the worst stuff ive ever tasted

lol....potato moonshine is good only as aftershave....this pear moonshine I cook is good....two dabs behind ears and chicks go crazy....lol
