I’ve been sick for the last week now it’s my wife’s turn. Neither of us feels like cooking dinner.  What to do?  Thankfully having a freezer full of smoked meat comes in handy.  Smoked chicken thighs, microwave baked potatoes, and a salad never tasted so good!

Man, it SUCKS being sick.  Ya just gotta love freezer treasures though.  And, its a nice day outside, at least in Roseville.
