Not sure wear to put this post ! Me and my wife spent the afternoon making home made cheese raviolis with my 96 year old italion mother in law ! It was awesome! Food was fantastic!

That had to be a great learning experience, and the ravioli looks amazing, I can smell it from here!

That looks fantastic . My wife's Aunt made the ravioli every year for Christmas . It's so good . I was lucky enough to get the recipe from her , but never had the pleasure of making them together .

Wish I had been old enough to pay attention in Ma's kitchen (or cellar sauce kitchen for those of you of Italian descent). I particularly would love to have the gnocchi know how. Nothing I've found in store or restaurant matches my memory. Redneck, maybe your MIL can do a guest appearance or two here on SMF....
