Home build smoker maiden voyage

Finally got my smoker build home from the shop for her maiden voyage. Doing some ribs tonight and it's running perfectly.

So the first picture was after 2.5 hours. Then they got wrapped for an hour and a half in foil with some goodies. After the foil they another hour. Friends were over and and it was a hit. For

For being my first solo run I think it went well. I'm happy with the smoker but I think when I drew my fire box door I made my intake a little too small. I was running by using the firebox door as my control.

FYI I do not have a damper on my stack yet either
