Holiday Butt's

Had a couple of holiday orders to fill so I smoked some butt's yesterday. Brought one to work for everyone to snack on. The office smells good for a change. It usually stinks here.....lol

And yes my splitter doubled as a beer pole yesterday.......

Out of pocket is little over $10/butt bought from the store. I charge $10/butt to smoke so $20 each. This covers rub, mustard, wood, vacuum seal bag(if needed) and auto fuel cost back and forth from the store. Not really making a profit just covering costs and feeding myself and friends for free. With a big smoker like mine if you smoke one you might as well smoke several.
