Those look fantastic Richie. Our local grocer had some nice ones in stock the other week. unfortunately they also had cow hearts for sale, and since the wife love hearts we stocked up on those and filled the freezer. Hopefully they'll have hocks again when the freezer has space. I want to give them a whirl.
