Recently I have been buying my smoked food from a business called Lancaster Smoke House. Every last product I have purchased from them has been top quality, I would highly recommend there smoked fish, they make a beautiful smoked salmon which is to die for! :)

Why would anyone in the US want to pay the cost of importing a smoked fish from the UK....even if they would ship it
 
I have seen around the forum that there are UK members also, i should of mentioned this in the title sorry! :)
 
There are several members from the UK....and now Australia....might should get some groups for you guys! All ya got to do is ask!
