Newbie to the site...pretty dang good at pork butts in a simple modded brinkman smoker, but taking the next step bought a Masterbuilt 30 other day and then found the site.  Names Kevin  From northwestern burb of Detroit  Skilled tradesman at Chrysler.  Looking to learn to smoke just bout anything.  Beef, chicken, pork, venison, elk, buffalo, duck rabbit  you all get the idea.  Going to read more on the site  will update more in time

I'm originally from St. Joseph, MI---over on Lake Fishigan,  Now I'm in NC ( better winters).  You'll love this site and the folks as well.
