That looks great! yeah time will fly by when the griddle is hot, I would love to do this with the steak, no shrimp for me anymore or the Epipen will have to come out. If you want to bulk this up you could also make a riced cauliflower fried rice as a side.
That sounds like a possibility, Cliff. We did some Filet mignon a few weeks ago, took a little longer to cook and I didn't marinate the meat first, but was still good. We made Fried Rice but it was a little too salty, next time use less Soy in the rice. Thanks for the comments my friend.

Good looking cook. I got a BS for Christmas and have only cooked breakfast type meals on it so far. My wife and I love all the veggies you have on yours and more, I’ll have to start using it more and getting use to it. As others have said, once you put the food on, you’re moving. I need to get a temp gun so I know where I’m at.
Thanks Steve. When I first got it I did a few lbs of Bacon to get the hang of it. Then just before we started this serious diet last June, made 16 pieces of French Toast all at once, which was wonderful. Now only more healthy stuff. In between we did hamburgers, fajitas, etc. Things do go fast though.

Looks delicious! Beautiful plates. Again, I am jealous about BS griddle.... :emoji_disappointed:
Thanks for the comments, very appreciated. If you're jealous, you know what you have to do, lol.

Looks Great, Mike!!
I could handle a Diet like that, at least for awhile!
Nice Job!

Thanks John. Funny thing, we are on Weight Watchers with daily points. This meal of Shrimp and Veggies, and it was a lot of both, was only 10 points and all of it was the oils the veggies and Shrimp are 0 points! Very nice for us. Today's leftovers are gonna be the same. Oh and for the veggies they give back 4-6 bonus points for non starchy veggies, go figure.

And post this at 7:20 in the AM ??
Shame on you Mike 🤣
I was driving and refused to view this cook !
Man everything looks great and as others have said, you and Ryan are forcing a flattop on me. And I'm going to cave in to peer pressure 😂
Those shrimp look killer !

Looks killer! Dying to do some stir frying. THANKS for the marinade/sauce and is pretty much in line with what I've found. I think the sesame is the key. The sites I like show the marinade is just soy and wine but use oil with sesame in it to cook. Basically the same result in the end. IMO stir fry is the ultimate: tasty and healthy. You guys might get a kick out of this, there is a pizza joint here that makes a hibachi pizza and it's GOOD.

Wow Mike. All the stuff cooked up looks great. Sad there's no plated shot but we have all been there. I can only imagine it was all really good. Well done my friend.

I know right? I got hungry all over again this morning as well. Thanks Keith appreciate your kind words. You're not that far away, if I can force you to get one sooner, let me know, you won't regret it. Online and Wally world probably have the best prices, just have to keep checking.

Thanks Stu. Appreciate it. After a fw of these, it gets easier and the timing is more accurate, so I'll have some more detailed pics next time.

Mike, your pics are great. But I know what you mean. Sometimes I get so busy during a cook that the last thing I remember to do is to take pics.

Thanks Sam, I agree the Sesame must be the difference. I'd like to check out that Pizza though.

Thanks Robert, means a lot. Next time I'll plan better and have some plated shots. And some of the Shrimp while it's cooking. Appreciate it my friend.

Heck yeah Mike that looks delicious. Love doing hibachi on my Blackstone and I agree it goes so fast you need a dedicated photographer. Watch out with those onion volcanoes "you'll shoot your eye out kid!"
