  1. I am located in Minnesota.  I have a Weber 22" Master-Touch with a Slow 'N Sear.  So far I have done 4 baby backs, 2 turkeys, one tri tip, beans, almonds and a few reverse seared steaks.

    I'm on hold until the temps get up in the teens.  [​IMG]

    Welcome to the forum. I'm in Florida so anything below 50 is cold to us. My son is in Kansas & had to build a shed with a space heater to put his smoker in so he could smoke when the temps get too cold. Good luck & looking forward to seeing some of your cooks.

    According to the local TV website it's 8F now but it will be 22F tonight.
