Sunday Smoke!

Did a fun cook yesterday for all the games. Did Tri Tip steaks a rack of lamb and a bunch of thighs!! Everything came out very tasty. After smoking everything to temps I seared on my gas grill. Asparagus were thrown on at the end. Never smoked asparagus before! I will say they were very tasty. They cooked quick so there was just a hint of smoke that was nice!! Good company, fun games and everyone was filled up, Hahaha!!

Thanks jcam222 yeah it was all tasty but I agree those Lamb chops were awesome. Ate them with some fresh home made mango chutney from my friend.

Tri Tip was good. I could have pulled it a little sooner but it was good. Nice marbling so it was forgiving, Hahaha! Managing 3 different meats can be a little tricky, everything was done at different times and then searing but it all worked out ok. Yes thighs were very good!

Sorry for all the close up pics but with my new phone I have to crop everything down otherwise they won't load. My old phone never had that problem. Is there a way around that?
