Hi Gary thank you and yes I am a smoker but not nearly as good as my bf. I just use a brinkman vertical smoker from tractor supply but he has an expensive 4 foot lang smoker that's his baby.

Tonya, I started out on an ECB  El-Cheep-O-Brinkman ans turned out lots of great BBQ, remember it's not the smoker that turns out great BBQ it's the one operating the smoker. Looking to see good things in the future.
