Hello, my name is sean and im addicted to smoking meats and other foods. Pretty much anything I can fit in my smoke box or on my grill. I guesd thats about it for introductions. Ps I just bought an Oklahoma Joe's texas longhorn smoker cause I needed something portable to take traveling.

Yea im working my way accross Montana. I bought that smoker on my way to the airport. (I fly home on the weekends) I have to wait till next week to assemble and fire it off.
