Newbie from Holland says hi! I'm a 33 yrs old bbq lover, just in the middle of an UDS build.. Started out with an "el cheapo" and discovered some dutch forum sites and hmmmmmhmmmm! Can't wait to get me UDS goin'! Already made some bacon and next is pulled pork. Anyway, hope to observe, read and learn lots overhere!
