Thanks to all for the information that I've gotten from this site already.
Looking forward to spending more time here.
I've recently relocated from NJ to FL and I love it down here! Looking forward to running the smoker a lot more often.
I use a Cook Shack Smokette right now. I know it's not at the top of the list for smokers but, let's face it, I'm lazy.
I just a beginner at smoking. Done a turkey, pork butt, salmon and sausages so far. Keep try to improve on each attempt. I'm sure this site will help. Hopefully, some day I may actually know enough to give advice and pass on what I have learned here.
