Hi all
My names Sean I live in Brisbane Queensland.

I have always enjoyed my meats but only discovering the art of smoking.
I have done a couple of briskest before on my hooded BBQ. Which turned out great.
I have now just build a file smoker.
I just neeed to fit the burner and I'm ready to go.
Looking forward to reading all the threads here and getting some ideas.
