Hi there, my name is Lisa and this is my first time posting to a food forum. Lately the discussion at home has been about how many hogs we will butcher this winter. Curiosity has gotten the best of me as to what I can make homemade. We do smoked hams, sausage and bacon every year so I am looking forward to trying something new. Nice to make your acquaintances!
