My smoker name is Smokin Beaver, I live in Beaver Crossing, Nebraska. I have three smokers, a dome top Brickman, a Lil' Texas Traeger, and a large two wheel wood smoker. I just started competition last year. I enjoy cooking and have a lot to learn.
