I am new to smoking and will fire up my new Oster smoker roaster tomorrow to make baby back ribs. I've kind of made more or less edible ribs using a pressure cooker with a broiler finish, but they were never quite... right.

Looking forward to bringing smoke and slow heat to the equation, and learning a lot from the people here.

Good luck, not had good luck with toaster ovens from that company so doubtful I would ever buy a 'smoker' or any thing else from them,1 year warranty but 5 years satisfaction guarantee means nothing lol
