Good to see you,Matt! I have to warn you, though, this is addicting. When you pull that first slab of ribs out that just falls off the bones or that chicken where the white meat just melts in your mouth, you're hooked....
This site is full of info and friendly people. Just remember to always have an extra roll of foil on hand! :)
