I am from Kitchener, ON Canada. Have been BBQing almost 3X's a week for 10 years. Moving up to Smoking. I have a Broil King dual burner. This allowed me to use a smoker pot and do some great Smoking Ribs, Chichen, Brisket.
Now I am aquiring a Master Built 2 door 30" Propane Smoker. My wife and I winter in Rio Grand Valley Weslaco texas. This will allow the use of it there while we are RVing for 4 months
Currently use Natural Cherry, Mesquite, Maple, Hichory as well as Cedar planking with Samon a lot
I made all my own rubs and sauses [ No perservatives everything is fresh ]
Have my own meat grinder and stuffer. Make my own burgers and sausages Thanks to Ted Reader
