New member here from the Western Shore of the Chesapeake Bay. 

Forum Question: How do I stop whatever is stealing focus when I try to type?

Smoker: An OK Joe,  Mods:  RTV gasket for the firebox and chimney Joints, Exhaust extension. 

#Smokes:3 - all large pig chunks. 

Issues: temp control, excessive Sour/acid smoke tastes.

Issues: temp control, excessive Sour/acid smoke tastes.   .....    Meat was wet when smoke applied.. no pellicle on the meat....  ??   Really thick smoke ....    Not enough air flow ???
