Hey all, I've been a lurker here for a few years now and never joined as I'm still pretty novice at the meat smoking game and I've read quite a bit of helpful things here so finally decided to join. I have 3 small cheapo smokers (2 vertical one offset)that are tiding me over till I have the space and to get me a better rig. My favorite thing to do is make jerky and throw slabs of ribs in the offset. This summer I'm attempting my first brisket. Looking forward to being part of the community.
