Right now I use a Traegar Smoker. But wanting to get back to my roots when I was up before dawn eating breakfast at my Granny and Papa's getting ready to butcher the hog and smoking meat with my Papa in the smokehouse... Trying to find a plan for a DIY smokehouse big enough for one good sized hog..
Thank you all in advance.

Welcome to the forum!

Plenty of builders on here to help you build that smokehouse.

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a pretty nice and not to hot day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web.

Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
