New guy here from Illinois found this site before, but decided to join today. I'm always looking for new ways to smoke meats , I started a smoke house a couple years ago and finally finished up :icon_question: built it for cold smoking plus bacon ,wild game , sausage and all the fixins. I'm from the Illinois / Wisconsin border I trap, hunt and fish I've been processing and cooking my own food for 15 years looking for better ways to preserve and make my food.
