Fried Rice

Friend of mines family was out of town and asked if I wanted to try fried rice on the Blackstone. Hmm, I'm interested. He pre cooked the rice and brought most the things over. Including beer. I thought it was great, although it's guys thought more chicken was needed. Momma thought it was prefect. The six year old.... yeah well it wasn't chicken fingers, just saying.

Not many pictures as it goes fast but I think you get the idea.

I absolutely love fried rice. Looks good...I don't eat it much anymore on Keto, but every now and then I will make some fried rice with day old protein rice.

My wife made some the other day for the first time. I grilled a couple of chicken breasts and she did the rice with various veggies in the house. Came out pretty good for her first try.

No pics, I'm terrible about not taking pics. I'm usually to busy cooking and when things are ready I am ready to eat. Of course when I'm done eating I think about the pics.
