Haven't on much lately, sorry. Lot going on and some health issues, both me and my wife.
Also we have a wedding coming up. One of our Grandsons is getting married Sept.2nd
I'll be doing all the Meat. Brisket, Ribs, Pork Butt, Chicken, Sausage and Beans.
#2 son is going to bring his smoker over so I'll have two. I've got to rent an extra Refrigerator for about a week so I'll have a place for all the meat.
I will try to take a bunch of pictures.

Sorry to hear about your health issues. I pray it works out for you. Also hope you enjoy cooking all that meat! Sounds like some serious planning needed to pull that off. But I'm certain if anyone can do it you can.
