Holiday Ham bone (with about 4# of meat left on it)
4# Cajun smoke sausage
4# Andouille
4# redbeans
5# yellow onion
2 Bell peppers
4c. celery
1/2c. minced garlic
1/4 c. Worcsy Sauce
1/4 c. Hot Sauce
1/2# butter
Salt, BP, & Cajun seasoning to taste
Beans have been simmering since Last night around 8p.m.....about to add the butter......
