Holiday Ham bone (with about 4# of meat left on it)
4# Cajun smoke sausage
4# Andouille
4# redbeans
5# yellow onion
2 Bell peppers
4c. celery
1/2c. minced garlic
1/4 c. Worcsy Sauce
1/4 c. Hot Sauce
1/2# butter
Salt, BP, & Cajun seasoning to taste

Beans have been simmering since Last night around 8p.m.....about to add the butter......

Ended up with 3 Gallons of Beans. All the fat from the ham went into my C.I. pot and rendered down on low heat. Fried the veggies and sausage in that prior to adding to the beans....
 
Oh man, I can imagine how good those are with that hambone.

No turkey this year that I cooked, no turkey gumbo. Hmmm, who says I can't do a turkey this week sometime?

Thank you Robert. I have been bringing a portion of what I cook over to my Uncle that had shoulder surgery when I can.
