Hey guys! I'm Brad and I just found this forum and I'm loving it!! I'm from Texas, but just recently moved to Nashville. (Boy, is BBQ different out here!!!) I also just bought a Pecos smoker and while I'm not that new to smoking, I am always wanting to learn more and more.. Anyway, I'm looking forward to being here and seeing what I can learn from all of you!
