    Well folks.. I'm a "newbie" here... and to smoking also... that is why I posting this at 1:57AM CST..... LOL got a new MES 40 today so could stand it so I headed to store to buy ribs (thawed out) and some rubs.... I have a good friend that is a Smoking King.... so we texted with some details... I'll post some pics tomorrow... (wait it already is tomorrow) OK I post some later today...

Hello and Welcome to our addiction.  Many good folk here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share.  If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice.  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have, and pictures help a bunch.  Spend some time doing some research on the forums, tons of advice and recipes already available there.  Check out Jeff’s 5 day smoking E-Course ( link below ) that will help you get started.  We look forward to your contributions.  Have fun.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!

    OK.... here are the pics of my 1st every smoked ribs.... I've done lots of meats/foods on the grill... so I'm pretty impressed by my new handy work... and yes they were delicious.... and pull of the bone tender....

  6. Looks like it was smoked, I'm new also. Seem my first post was shamed as being to bold, and humorist.

    Try not to be to much as people seem to be set back to straight talk, and free following humor.
