Hey I haven’t posted anything in a while so just wanted to send out some pics of what we cooked on the 4th and some updated photos of the finished smoker I built. Since the last pics I shared I wired up the trailer and put light bars on the smoker to cook at night. Enjoy the pics. For the 4th cookout we had 40 lbs of ribs, a whole pork loin, a Boston butt, 12 chicken halves, and 24 Nathan Hotdogs. Way too much food but it was good.

Not usually one for current vernacular but.....OMG! That thing is a beast!! Does it cook well? It's hard to see from the pictures, but are those individual fireboxes hooked up to the propane? One last question, how long was the school to get certified to use that?

Serious smoker envy here.

What an awesome spread of Q, and that smoker is impressive! It’s great to hear from another Kentuckian. I currently live in Indiana( try no to hold that against me ), but plan to move back to KY in the next year or 2. Thanks for the post.

Thank you. Yes it does cook well. The only thing I use propane for is I have 3 burners for beans and whatever I want to cook with a pan. The length of school training is funny just trial and error.
