Hey - From a Newbie in the Great White North

Hey all - newbie smoker here from Ontario, Canada.

Snows gone, and looking to experiment and learn the art of smoking.  I've done some smoking on my charcoal grill in the past, using indirect heat, and a smoker box with wet wood chips.

Looking into what smoker should be my first.

Since you already have some experience with charcoal, you may want to look at a Weber Smokey Mountain.

Welcome from the west coast.  Grill smokin is where you'll find me every weekend in the winter.  Glad to hear your snow is gone.  My brother in st.kits says they don't get spring anymore.  One day its winter and the next its summer.  Good luck and good smokin.
