good morning everyone. I'm Josh from Iowa. i just started a year ago smoking and have had a fun time doing it and trying different ideas. i have an electric smoker, masterbuilt and really like it a lot.  hope all ofyou have a great week and stay warm. and look forward to learning and  trying new ideas out from reading everyone.
