Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. Really glad I found this site. I don't have any pics of the smoker to post yet. I only have internet access at work, so I'll have to see if the boss will let me get some on here (he's got a nice digi cam I wouldn't mind playing with

). I'm from central Alberta, and have only just begun to get my smoker going. So far I've only done jerky in it, but I working on getting it ready for some sausage. Anyways, thanks again for the welcome, and I look forward to chatting with you all in the days to come.
