I'm Steve and live in upstate NY. I've learned a lot from this site and newsletter the past couple years, figured it was about time to join up! I'm on the deck just about every weekend..even in the winter. I use an off-set for slow cooking and smoking, and a kettle for grilling. I only use Stubb's natural charcoal and order wood online. Ok that's it I guess..I'm off to light the chimney!
