So, I am new to the whole smoking thing. I love to grill and also have the Big Easy Oil-less turkey fryer(which is great).  I just purchased the Masterbuilt 30" and currently have a couple chuck roast in the smoker.  I am also going to be smoking some baked beans and veggies today.. I am super excited!  Nice to meet you all!
