Ok folks,
We are at VA. Beach for Thanksgiving. So we're not having anything super fancy. I have a chucky in a crock pot. And we'll be having a couple of sides. So. What is everyone whipping up for dinner?

Smoked garlic and herb pork loins for a get together for the regulars at the local watering hole.

Got 'em done just in time before it started pouring.

Fruit stuffed Turkey in the roaster oven, and all the sides! Thanksgiving at the Banjo Mans house!

Doing a ham later while my mom is doing turkey. Wife and I are making pies and green bean casserole. I am also making an appetizer if smoked cream cheese.

turkey in the roaster, stuffing, smoked tater salad, mashed taters, butt rolls, giblet gravy. Daughter inlaw got the ham and other stuff covered. I should weigh now and afterwards but why be depressed not sure what all other stuff the wife is making. I snuck a scope purchase in this morning before she got out of bed, better to ask forgiveness than permission some days

Our big blowout is for Christmas. Today we'll just do a hit & run at the local casino buffet with my MIL. Tried to throw something together but several in my circle had to work today and my bunch is used to that. 43 year oilfield career meant I used to miss out on a lot. Looking forward to football this afternoon!! I'm slowly getting used to retirement

13 lbs turkey is coming out of the brine in 30 minutes and hitting the oven at 325F at 11:30

Just put them on. Yes the heater is needed is about 20 degrees and snowing outside.

Turkey, injected, stuffed with onions, garlic and apples. Double smoked ham all on the pellet pooper. Mash tatters, giblet gravy, green bean casserole, deviled eggs, stuffing and grandma’s bread recipe. Loaded up. Happy Thanksgiving all.

We've toned down the festivities this year. Just the son and his family joining us for T-day. Wife is going traditional - just in smaller quantities.

Family coming in tomorrow evening and eating lunch Saturday. Got a 14 lb bird and 6 lb breast, doing a pulled ham for 1st time and wife is doing the sides.
I'll also have PBBE for an app.
Ready to light the fire!

Turkey, mashed taters, gravy, green beans, deviled eggs, and pumpkin cheese cake for dessert... just wife, son, and I tonight... maybe MIL. Daughter and SIL come tomorrow. Saturday night at MIL for ham and Turkey with that side of the family, then Sunday at my sister's with her family and my dad and brother I'm gonna be stuffed!
