Very nice looking cuts of meat.
 
That is a bunch of meat there. How many lbs. I did a 7.75 lb. two weeks ago and it took 14 hours. It plateaued and just hung there for what seemed like forever. Then it just took off. That meat looks good.
A SMOKE ROOM!!!!!!! Most of use our back yard.

I will keep ypu all posted through out the night, there is about 38lbs on there, I hope it will be done by 2-4 tomarrow BIG party to go to with this.... And I really dont have a smoke room, that is my detached garage that doubles as a smoke room, no wind, no rain, no snow, and a big heater in the winter....... yeah that is really the only Charcoal I use, 40lbs then I keep plenty of Peacan wood around........ I hope this turns out Great.....

Well I think I am going to try and get an hour or so of shut eye now..... wait does anybody have any sausage I can barrow, my first fattie is all gone

I noticed the Fatty disappeared sometime between the 2 hr. shot and the 4hr. shot.Bet it was good too.
