Help!

I am new here.  Looking for advice on how to properly store Venison Jerky to keep it from molding.  Please?

Kay, A vacuum sealer is ideal if you have one(fridge storage afterwards). If not letting it dry in the fridge in a paper bag to remove excess moisture will help. Then wrap tight to remove air and keep in the fridge. P.S. Welcome to SMF forums !
