Help Visit to Las Vegas

Hi guys i will be in Vegas from the 31/10 to 4/11 can any one advise on a good BBQ place i will be Mobile so Distance is not a problem.

and if you could get one spice from the USA what will it be(must have one)

Ahron, mornin'... Only 4 days.... you are in the food capitol of the world in Vegas..... after some good BBQ hit all the deli's.... Greek, Italian, Jewish, Eastern European, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican etc. and sample their smoked goodies then steal their recipes..HAHAHA.

As far as spices go, find a supply of hardneck garlic varieties.... sure beats the Calif early and late varieties... smuggle it home and plant it... Enjoy your trip... Dave

Hey Ahron, 4 days in Vegas, like Dave said that's not enough time, I lived in Nevada for a couple of years, I've visited Vegas, but prefer Reno, either one, ...their forte is excellent food, you'll be eating 24 hours a day, careful you will have to pay the surplus weight fees. LOL  

You might ask someone you befriend in the hotel where they eat, shop, etc., away from the Strip and the tourist areas to find what you are looking for. 

Something else, wear a watch and look at it often, Vegas is built so that people lose track of time.

By far the best BBQ I've found in Vegas is Buzz BBQ (95 & Craig Rd).  It's run by two guys, one from Oklahoma and one from Jamaica.  They are really friendly and their food is great.

Thanks guys i go to Vegas every year for the sema show .cars and truck is one of my Hobbies and my work but i did not found a good BBQ yet  for my research for my main hobby. so i need help.
